As reported the Daily Mail, the garbage scattered the Worthy Farm after the event ended. The cleaning service of the festival Committee issued 785 thousand pound of junk to be cleaned up in the area after the event.

It was mentioned that the festival participants left 57 tons of stuff that could be reused, 1,022 tons of garbage can be recycled and 500 thousand sacks of trash that contains the others.

The festival comittee had already warned the festival participants on the garbage problem.

Those who brought tents to celebrate the six-days five-nights music, ware reminded to carry their tent home rather than leaving it in the location.

The poster written "Loved the environment, do not leave garbage" also sticked everywhere. 514 food outlets had already asked to use the tools that were environmentally friendly, and purchasers were suggested to dispose the trash in its place.

Still, the garbage is still scattered around.

The festival founder, Michael Eavis, decided to obviate Glastonbury in 2018. He mentions it as a 'fallow year,' in the purpose to make Worthy Farm 'breathe' back from the passionate party.

It is a 'break' that has always taken every six years. "This place needs a break, altogether with the village and life around it," said Eavis.

But, the festival will be back in the following year.

In 2020, Glastonbury will celebrate its 50 years. It is still the most awaited music festival.

Nigerian army Claims the Second Rescue of Chibok Girl

A second schoolgirl that was seized in the Nigerian town of Chibok has been found, the army says. But a spokesman for the Chibok girls' parents has cast doubt on the claims, saying that the girl's name is not on the families' list of those missing. An army spokesman said Serah Luka was among a group of 97 women and children rescued by troops in the north-east. Islamist militant group Boko Haram has abducted thousands of other girls in recent years, rights groups estimate. This comes two days after the rescue of the first Chibok girl, Amina Ali Nkeki. The army has previously given misleading statements about the rescue of the Chibok girls - in its initial statement after Ms Nkeki was found, it used a wrong name. In all, 218 girls remain missing after their abduction by the Boko Haram Islamist group from Chibok secondary school in north-eastern Nigeria in 2014. Ms Nkeki told a Chibok community leader that six of the kidnapped girls had died, but...

Protesters hurled bricks at police as scuffles broke out, while other demonstrators set fire to rubbish bins in the streets of Mong Kok, a gritty neighbourhood across the harbour from the heart of the Asian financial centre. A police statement said that three men aged 27 to 35 were arrested for assaulting a police officer and obstructing police, while another three police officers received hospital treatment. Broadcaster RTHK said later that 24 people had been arrested. The scuffles broke out after police moved in to clear "hawkers", or illegal vendors who sell local delicacies, trinkets and ...
